A 2003 graduate of Columbia, Neil was nominated for this distinction based upon his professional achievements and his outstanding service to the community.

Neil continued his education and graduated from Princeton University in 2007. He went on to receive an MBA in Management and Healthcare Administration from THe Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania in 2013.

Neil began his career at The Wadsworth Center in Albany where he used 3-D crypto microscopy techniques to study ribosome structures. It was during this time that he cowrote five papers, including two with Nobel Prize winner Joachim Frank.

Neil’s professional career focuses on finding and helping to fund new medical technologies and pharmacologies. He has worked for NextGen Venture Partners, EQRx and MVM Partners. He is currently the Senior Vice President of Business Development for Psivant Therapeutics.

Neil continues to support the East Greenbush Science Olympiad program. He has donated over $20,000 to the program since 2013. In addition, he has often met the team at the MIT Invitational to provide support and encouragement to our students.
